How to Participate in Our Sessions
Here is your responsibility to ensure that all participants in the group feel heard, connected and safe.
Maintain Confidentiality
What is shared in the group stays in the group.
Be Respectful
Listen actively and avoid interrupting when others are speaking. Offer constructive feedback.
No Judgement Zone:
Avoid judgmental or critical comments regarding others' experiences, beliefs, or journeys.
Participation:
We encourage everyone to share, but you can contribute in ways that feel comfortable to you.
One Person Speaks at a Time:
To ensure clarity and understanding, allow one person to speak at a time without side conversations.
Stay on Topic:
Discussions should stay relevant to the group’s focus. Avoid giving unsolicited advice or personal feedback unless directly requested by the individual sharing.
Punctuality:
Arrive on time to ensure the session can start and finish without disruption. Facilitators may choose not to admit people who are more than 10 mins late.
Purpose:
Attend sessions with clarity and purpose for productive interactions.
Boundaries:
Respect others’ boundaries. If a topic feels uncomfortable or triggering, it's okay to step back and take care of your emotional well-being.
